GBWoosir has great products and great purchasing experience. I am very happy with my waxed canvas briefcase/messenger bag. Great quality and exactly as described. The Woosir web site is easy to navigate, great information and pictures. Easy purchase process. Received email with order and tracking info. The original tracking number did not work but I emailed support and promptly received email from the Customer Service Manager with an update. I will most definitely purchase from Woosir again.

GBGood Backpack for Good Price So far the back pack is holding up well. It’s made well at a good price. The only problems I’ve had is that the drink holder pockets don’t open wide enough for some drinks. Maybe have one slightly bigger. Also the color seems yellower than what it looks in the picture. Overall I like the back pack very much it’s sturdy, it has many compartments, I like the laptop pocket being a separate pocket, and I got it at a good price.

GBWon't Let Me Make a Return I reached out to Woosir before making a purchase to verify the return policy. After receiving a response saying I would receive a full refund if the product was too small, I bought a laptop bag. Turned out the bag was too small. I requested to make a return, as stated in the policy, and was asked if I wanted to receive a tote bag instead of making a return. I responded no and haven't received any correspondence since regarding the return.

DEDelayed and overpriced Bag delivery to EU/DE was delayed with additional customs charges from fedex, personal information like tax number was requested more than one time, additionally there was a small bag made of beef leather included that I have not purchased, it seems to be included in tax charges as well. So the costs including the taxes made the product totally overpriced

AUBe warned Do not buy from Woosir Be warned Do not buy from Woosir. I have not received my order. They claim that I should have received an email with tracking ID within 2 business days; I have not received a tracking ID. I can not get a meaningful order status from them. But, from the limited Chat responses, I am sure they are just a front for operations in China. They have no proper knowledge of the availability of products in China, and do not have any control over fulfilment which is likely done from China, which is why they can't give me an order status, and tracking number.
