I wrote to customer service requesting… I wrote to customer service requesting an exchange and refund on an item I purchased. I never received a response. That is not a professional way to conduct business. There are many excellent online sites which provide timely service. I will continue to use them and not your site.

Wouldn’t Order Again from STYLEMYLE Ordered a sweatshirt from them that was claimed to be brand new. I received it with a noticeable stain on it and questioned the condition. They continued to state it was new but I clearly see the stain so I asked for a return, they refused saying its final sale. Wouldn't order from them again.

Great experience! I placed my order last Sunday and received my product less than an hour ago (today is Thursday), and it was actually scheduled for yesterday, but something happened to Fedex. The order shipped from Switzerland and there weren't any customs issues or something of the sort. I got a pair of pink Jimmy Choo sneakers for almost half the original price! and they look and fit perfectly. I could not be happier with my purchase, thank you StyleMyle! (:

Beautiful designer item Beautiful designer item at much lower cost. I'm very happy with my purchase. Will definitely purchase there again. I did have to return for size and order another. The return link did not work as a reviewer mentioned but I just went directly to DHL to request return. It's overseas so not like returning here. It did take almost 2 weeks for refund, but again-overseas. I don't understand why the reviewer from CA had to pay $150 in duties. They are included in the sale price. She should check with the carrier company and hopefully got a receipt.

Promise to reimburse unexpected duites and then dissappear on you The company states on its website that the customers should not worry about duties. Everything is covered. I made a purchase. And, of course, DHL sends me a duty bill right before the delivery. I contacted Stylemyle and asked them what to do. They said I had two options: either refuse the package or accept it--pay the duties, provide Stylemyle with the copy of the bill, and they would reimburse me. I accepted the package and paid the duties bill. I emailed the customer service with the copy of the receipt. They would not responde for a while. Then someone from their CS replied saying they would pay "next week". Since the end of January I have been emailing them a couple of times a week. Silence! I hope they read this. Offering me to accept the package and pay the expensive duties and now disappear like that? Sounds like a scam. I cannot believe I fell for it. I will be willing to change the review if someone from Stymyle is going to do what they promised.
