Promise to reimburse unexpected duites and then dissappear on you The company states on its website that the customers should not worry about duties. Everything is covered. I made a purchase. And, of course, DHL sends me a duty bill right before the delivery. I contacted Stylemyle and asked them what to do. They said I had two options: either refuse the package or accept it--pay the duties, provide Stylemyle with the copy of the bill, and they would reimburse me. I accepted the package and paid the duties bill. I emailed the customer service with the copy of the receipt. They would not responde for a while. Then someone from their CS replied saying they would pay "next week". Since the end of January I have been emailing them a couple of times a week. Silence! I hope they read this. Offering me to accept the package and pay the expensive duties and now disappear like that? Sounds like a scam. I cannot believe I fell for it. I will be willing to change the review if someone from Stymyle is going to do what they promised.

Customer service is nonexistent Customer service is nonexistent. Only way to contact is via email and even then, you will not receive responses. Would be nice to have human interaction who can actually take time to understand your needs and not just feel like a customer who has no voice. Once your money has transferred, nothing else matters.

My order stuck with my country custom… [Update] Stylist help me sort out this issue very fast within just a few day after reaching out to them Thanks for having me a good customer experience —————————————————- My order stuck with my country custom even the website already state clearly that it should not have any issue with this. DHL called me this morning for additional duty charges, so I provided them the site information plus my invoice which also have a note on invoice that it's already included duty charge. However, based on the feedback here, I would like to ask Stylemyle admin here to help support my case(Order# R933480194) ASAP as I sent to customer care email. Still want to continue shopping with Stylemyle, please don't give me a bad experience

Unhelpful even after this review. Zero customer service, no responses for returns They responded telling me to submit the return request that I ALREADY SUBMITTED. Asked me to email their customer service email that NEVER responds. How do I return these shoes?!?! Ordered a pair of Toteme loafers. I emailed twice that the 10% discount didn’t go through and that I never received a confirmation email but never received a response. Then the loafers just show up- no advance notice with shipping info. Trying to return them as they don’t fit and again, CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE from customer service with an RA or any info on how to return.

Great experience! I placed my order last Sunday and received my product less than an hour ago (today is Thursday), and it was actually scheduled for yesterday, but something happened to Fedex. The order shipped from Switzerland and there weren't any customs issues or something of the sort. I got a pair of pink Jimmy Choo sneakers for almost half the original price! and they look and fit perfectly. I could not be happier with my purchase, thank you StyleMyle! (:
