SEExtremely bad experience Extremely bad experience. The bag I order was super delayed and after three weeks it still hadn’t been shipped from China which seems to be were the order the bags directly from. When pointing this out to their customer service and wanting to cancel my order the were very unwilling to help and telling me that they “don’t have time”. Everything about it felt very unserious tbh. This brand feels more like a scam to be honest. I don’t recommend them.

PTI have made an order almost one month… I have made an order almost one month ago, I don't know where it is and I have no information about the order and they are not answering me. This is unacceptable.

DKWorst experience ever They said my bag was shipped, and then 16 days later they said it was a pre-order. Then when I asked where the bag was, they suddenly said it was unavailable. I have not received my money back and have not received the bag. Extremely unsatisfied. Edit: Now 14 days later again, they refuse to give me my money back. The bag is not shipped, and will not be shipped, and I have not received my money.

GBWill not accept returns/liars Took several weeks to arrive. Poor quality, almost identical to those available on Amazon for half the price. Tried to return but despite numerous messages to and fro was unable to. They claim I purchased during a promotion and therefore was ineligible for returns. This is despite the item still being on sale on the website (for£1less) and them unable to provide any evidence of it being on sale. They are absolute scammers who couldn’t answer questions coherently or back up any of their claims.
