GBI received 2 makeup bags in error I received 2 makeup bags in error. When trying to resolve the problem, it took about 3 weeks to get info I needed and I then returned the bags at end of December. After more than 3 weeks and 3 emails I still have NO refund and NOResponse from their so called customer service. I have the UPS proof of the return being received at their location I lost my money and the cost of returning the bags. BEWARE!!

GTI really like the brand I really like the brand, they think of every useful detail to store belongings. I am from Guatemala and I recently made a purchase from my country and the communication to make the shipment effective is very good.

GBThe item is extremely poor quality and… I am modifying this review as I have rec'd very quick contact from Bagsmart and a partial refund. The item is extremely poor quality and undersize. Not like the description online (which has now miraculously disappeared). I would no use this company again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

GBRecently made it right. my order did not make it to my… Recently my order did not make it to my doorstep. Says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer service and within 4 days I had another order sent out to me! Love the product and the excellent service.

GBPoor All Round I bought a bag for my Son for his Birthday. It took some time to arrive from China (I thought it was a UK company given the name is Bagsmart UK). The quality is not what we expected and despite sending many emails regarding returning the bag, I have had zero response. POOR QUALITY. POOR SERVICE. Now Its cost me more money as I've had to buy another bag for my Son.....Not good.
