GBRaising a fraud case with bank I order a case last week, and the tracking stopped 5 days ago in Germany. No further tracking. I have tried to contact caseable via email, and via messenger and have been ignored completely. I've tried contacting dhl and you can't speak to anyone on the phone so I've emailed them with no reply. At this rate I will be raising this as a fraud issue with my bank as I feel it's a scam.

GBGreat company and product It's easy to order from the Caseable website. My new case arrived quickly, is functional, and looks great. Communication from Caseable was great. I got emails stating that my order had been received, that my case was mailed, and that my case arrived.

GBMy first time using caseable and was… My first time using caseable and was disappointed in the way they handle customer service. I ordered a custom made phone case, two weeks later never recieved any updates as to if they were working on my product or not. Usually companies send you a curtesy email to provide updates about your product. I never recieved any, the only thing I reiceved was an invalid usps tracking number. It felt like a scam to me, so I emailed them and asked whst was going on with my order. I was told my order was already completed but they couldn't ship it because there was an error transferring to usps. I was happy to see a prompt response, and I did ask for a refund. It's showing in my paypal that my refund is on the way, let's see. However, I highly suggest caseble to do a better job with customer service, you make yourselves look like scammers and makes people not trust in your company. Sad to say, I never got to see my product in the end.

GBGreat Quality I ordered a case where the picture was I guess you'd call it a 'stock' picture as opposed to uploading a picture of my own. I love it, the colors are so bright and I feel like I'm looking at autumn leaves. The quality feels fantastic and as though it's actually embedded into the case instead of being a 'sticker' type picture. Glad I had this opportunity and took advantage of it.

ESI would give 0 if I could I would give 0 if I could. I ordered a personalised case which was apparently custom made for my zflip 5. The case arrived in two weeks and was entirely ill fitting. It didn't fasten or click and just slides off. After a ridiculous back and forth correspondence with their customer service, they claimed that they FORGOT' to send fasteners. Having waited two weeks again, they send two pathetic looking stickers, two cm long. They came in an oversize envelope without any instructions whatsoever. I fail to see how they would solve the issue in any way. But of course they insist that I have been applying these meagre fasteners incorrectly. As far as I can see, this company are doing everything in their power to avoid refunding for their mistake. Keep your 30 pounds. I simply want people to avoid these charlatans like the proverbial plague.
