Yet another thieving company who try to make it impossible to return anything even though their policy says returns are easy. AVOID Please do not use this website. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased 2 dresses. Both items were in my opinion cheap copies of the items pictured on the website which advertises on Instagram. Bought a linen blend dress which is 100% polyester ( label inside dress) The cut is awful and the material is very cheap . Elena must be a very very busy lady as every email response is from her ... clearly a bot. Refund policy is also fake as refund is not an option. I was offered a 20% refund, which does not even cover the cost of one of the dresses . Please AVOID !!!! And Instagram STOP promoting these dishonest websites .

Also smelled bad like they had been packaged in boxes for a long long time. Tried to refund AND THEY DONT REFUND IF IT DOESN'T FIT YOU. I spent £60 and will see none of it back and left with 2 awful dresses. Stay away. Do not buy anything from them.

Difficult to Return and poor quality I ordered 3 items, 2 dresses and one shirt dress. The shirt dress advertised was a light sheer pink. What I got was a dark pepto-bismal pink - didn't even open the package. Dress 1. Size M or size 6 - I wear a 4-6 dress and this was so big the top kept falling down. Dress 2. is a strapless with a banded hook across the back to hold it up - Size M. The hip portion was way too tight and the band was so big the top won't stay up. I don't have big hips and wear a C/D cup and the strap was still too big! I'm trying to return and Elana is offering compensation - because it cost them $30 for me to ship it to China? What? I'm refusing on my card if a return voucher isn't sent ASAP.
