Great service by great people Great service by great people. I ordered a necklace and a ring, delivered by Zudo, but I lost them without even wearing them and I needed for a certain and a special day. I left them a message asking if they could deliver another order if I place, and asked of they could do a special delivery for Thursday. I texted them on Friday I think and unbelievably my order was delivered on Tuesday. It was a prompt delivery. They send me a ring as a gift which I absolutely appreciate it and love it. I'll definitely make more orders in the future. Highly recommended buying jewellery from Zudo for yourself and I you want to buy someone gifts. You won't regret it, I promise.

Phenomenal Customer Service The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Zudo's owner, Ibrahim and his colleague Saad went above and beyond to find solutions to a problem we encountered. Not only did they work diligently to offer out of the box solutions, they did it with such kindness that it made you feel right at home at Zudo. The effort that they put in really reflects how much they value their customers and shows us how much they care about their customer experience. Could not recommend enough, for their quality products but even more so for their quality customer service.
