All the communication with the Couture-ladies was pleasant and relaxed. They really care about their customers! I bought a Gucci cardigan with only 4 stars and was ready to spend some time to restore it’s initial good look. But the item I got in my parcel was impeccably clean and almost new, it didn’t have any lint or stretch marks on the fabric. It looks gorgeous!
