GBLily & Bean customer service is amazing!! Lily & Bean customer service is outstanding! I have been looking forward to receiving my personalized Jumbo canvas tote. I was curshed when I received a medium tote in error. However, customer service responded immediately, corrected the issue and shipped me a jumbo tote within a week. I could not believe how responsive Lin was and her amazing professional attitude. Mistakes happen, and Lily & Bean addressed the issue impeccably. Thank you.

GBCustomer service is absolutely… Customer service is absolutely unmatched. I emailed in a question and my problem was solved in twenty minutes. Lucy was an absolute gem and saved my birthday present for a friends 50th. I won’t hesitate to recommend and buy again!

SGGreat customer service! More than 5 weeks after ordering my bag i followed up to see how much longer it would be as heard nothing since placing the order. Lin responded stating they are very busy and orders taking 6 weeks, but would be several more weeks before mine would be done. Told her i was aware of the extra time orders were taking and why ordered well in advance to have the bag for a holiday, but as it was over 5 weeks since ordering and i am in Australia wouldn't be getting it in 6 weeks. Lin was great and said would push my order through so it would leave in next few days. Thank you Lin!

SEOrdered the travel set with my… Ordered the travel set with my initials, very happy with the pieces, very high quality product. Unfortunately my luggage arrived with a bump in the corner, I reached out to Lucy at costumer service and she immediately told me they would send a new cabin bag, very easy, nice and super serviceminded.

GBI am rating this on customer service… I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!
