Was not what I expected What I originally ordered was not in stock. If the wig is not available then why put it on the site as available? I reached out to a representative many time and the questions I answered was not answered!! The most the person said was ok! OK is not a answer and I had to ask the same question more than three times. I originally ordered 200% density because the wig I ordered was not available, so, I downgraded to a 180% density wig. Once the wig arrived the texture does not mimic a kinky curly wig. There is no curl to the wig and it's more like a afro kinky texture. Also the original wig I ordered cost less than the second choice that was available and I did not receive a credit for it. They could have at least put a hair band since I didn't get a recept for the hair or a credit. I'm keeping the hair because I have no money to purchase another wig and I really need it!! I don't like the fact that no one cared about getting back with me regarding the over payment of the second wig. I don't feel this is acceptable with business. But if I said, I want to order hair now everyone answers!! I'm going to stop watching reviews on YouTube because these influencers don't tell the truth!!

Reshine Hair WOW, the hair I got from Reshinewig.com is sooo good and so soft!!! Customer service is 10/10 friendly, and fast responding. I’m a beginner and it’s my first time wearing a wig, the wig itself looks like my natural hair but better. I will definitely order again in the near future. I recommend trying their wigs, especially the glue-less wigs for a fast, easy everyday wig. You won’t regret it!! 😍 Ps. Incase you live internationally you may have to pay for a tax fee, which was a little disappointing. Mine cost 9.09$

Impressed with the customer service Great customer service, seller is very friendly, listens, replies quickly and cares! I got my headband wig quickly (in a week), the quality is amazing, the hair is very soft and healthy. Beginner friendly too. The wig shed a couple of strands when I washed it but nothing serious, I could easily count them. I wholeheartedly recommend 💕
