Very disappointed in the quality of the… Very disappointed in the quality of the hats and beanies for the price paid. The colors of the embroidery are fading away after the first wash. I placed 2 orders and despite given them feedback about the poor quality of the 1st order, the 2th order had the same issues. I'll take my business somewhere else next time.

I was very pleased with HatPros and… I was very pleased with HatPros and with Linda in the art department. She got my order out very promptly and the hats were shipped out on time as promised. The great thing is there are no disappointments when the hats arrive as they actually embroider the logo on some sample hats for proof before they print the order. Will be using them again for my next order.

I love the Hat Pros hats,cause they fit… I love the Hat Pros hats,cause they fit right and are comfortable.I live in New Zealand and this is my 3rd order from them.Never had a problem with ordering and receiving.Everything just falls into place from the time I order the hats to the time I receive them.The only gripe I have is they do fade,maybe they could look into a stronger type of color/dye or something,plus I do take the big size XL-XXL and there color options are very limited for this size,but apart from that I will always buy my hats from Hat Pros cause I'm a baldy and us baldy's need our well made hats.

Fast and easy process. Great hats. Fast and easy process. Great hats and great prices. I had a problem with the free shipping. They refunded me the difference no problem. If you are not smart enough to use hatpros then replace your hat with a dunce cap.
