Happy with order I recently purchased one of the giant angry alien kitties from this shop that was placed on a preorder and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The owner promptly answered my questions/concerns through the shop's Instagram DMs. I'm always a little worried when ordering preorders from small shops due to delays and cancellations, but the item came when expected, if not earlier. Shipping times aren't really up to the shop though as it depends on the carrier, but I thought I should mention it anyway. I'm really glad I decided to order from here. The owner seems like they genuinely care not only about their product but also about their customers. The product was fantastic too. Kitty is super soft with sturdy construction.

Perfect shop for anime fans and kawaii lovers! NattyCat's shop is one of the cutest and most creative places to buy enamel pins, plushies, and unique anime merch. She's an artist, so she designs her own products! I've been a customer of Natty's for almost a year now and I've never had a -single- negative experience. Product quality, shipping and customer service have been impeccable, and NattyCat herself is one of the kindest, most patient small business owners I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with (we've exchanged a few emails personally, and she's gone above and beyond to help me). I'm looking forward to the future of the store and can't wait to see what comes out next!

Cute things & Excellent service This shop always has such cute products! I've ordered so many pins & the mini ID wallet has been a life saver for conventions! The desk mat I ordered for my brother's birthday has held up so well too! The shop owner is quick to respond to any emails I've sent. She was even able to combine shopping for two orders I had placed within a day of each other & refund me the redundant shipping!

The woman who owns this business runs… The woman who owns this business runs things as if she is a child in charge of a pretend store. I’ve ordered multiple times and she consistently takes 2+ weeks to ship- much longer than the expected shipping timeframe listed on the website. Last time I ordered, it had been nearly 3 weeks since the ship date, and the tracking provided still stated that the USPS was awaiting the item. I contacted NattyCat and got a response that the package had been shipped more than a week prior. I was told to wait a few more days and that if I didn’t receive it, to reach out and it would be resent. I of course never received it, so I reached out to ask for a refund. After 5 days of no response from the business, I filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. Do not recommend - it’s clear this business and its customer service (or lack thereof) is a complete joke to the owner.
