Each metal piece was covered and protected, the inside was padded so the bag would keep its shape. Each bag is placed in an individual protection sleeve. All this care and attention in the shipping only matches the quality of these bags. They are made beautifully, with quality leather and metal hardware. My bag was perfect My bag was perfect! The shipping did take a while, but as it was international shipping it's to be expected. The wait was worth it, as I love the aesthetic of the bag as well as the functionality. The materials are real leather and the stitches are even and study. My favorite features are the many inner pockets for organizing, and the convertible straps so I can carry my bag however I like! Overall I have been very impressed with my product and look forward to using it for many years.
