Service was fast Service was fast. Item condition as described (and better), although one item - a watch - was wrist size as described, but was not possible (too small) to fit over hand to get to wrist, and was a one piece, not an open band. But both items were beautiful. Customer service was wonderful when I had to call about delivery. Return was a chore, and expensive - but that was more UPS than . (Would be good to have more in person return options.) Waiting for status of return - will update if necessary.
