Great find! YouTube video with instructions on changing travel pro crew5 wheels and wheels from stop over store saved us a lot of $$$. Luggage repair in manhattan is sooooo expensive. Couldn't have been easier!

Misleading address My package should arrive today , three days late. My airline name was printed on the address and UPS delivered it to the airport. Stop over store asks your airline name on its form leading to the misleading (for UPS) label. The overall internet experience was fine, and the items shipped quickly.

Excellent service in every way. I have been a customer of the Stop Over Store for many, many years. I don't remember when the Store first opened, but I have been flying since 1969, so I guess I can say I have been there since the beginning. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my supplies and equipment. The website make it unnecessary to bid a trip thru Minneapolis (or wherever) to come into the Store, which I did for years. Travelpro replacement wheels They seem great. I called to confirm correct order, the rep was very helpful. Web ordering was easy, choices and prices were good, and delivery was on time. I installed them last night, wheels seem much better than the original OEM wheels which have lasted 5 plus years. They roll like a skateboard except I am not as cool- just a travelling salesman. I look forward to my next trip to take them through long airport runs.

New Wheels! We received our replacement wheels for my wife's 26" Travel Pro bag. They fit perfectly. Jeff was such a pleasure to speak with regarding these wheels.
