Great Response & Results I found Zdigitizing online for a quick file conversion. They were GREAT - excellent results and very responsive, at a competitive price. I've used them several times now, with excellent results each time. I'll continue to use them when I need my files converted for embroidery. Well done!

Super fast turn around I requested 4 company logos at around 8PM on a Monday. After a little conversation, and finalizing the work at about 10PM, I went to bed. I woke up to find all the logos were done at 12:30AM that night. It was urgent to receive these, but they went way over expectation.

Exceptional prompt quality service!! woohoo My first-time experience has been exceptional! I am always skeptical when I try new companies for new services, especially from online contacts I find from forums/google searches, but this company was very prompt in their responses, they quoted competitive good prices, and worked very quickly! I live in Fort Washington, MD and these services are difficult to find in person in my area. Turn around time was very surprising. Especially around my specific requests. The design I received was beautiful! Very well done, they provide quality work for a great price. I am satisfied and will certainly return to them regularly for what I need.

Quality is extremely disappointing… Their quality is extremely disappointing. I provided them with the Nature’s Path Organic logo for digitization on the left chest of polos. The density was so high that it resulted in Bird Nesting, ruining all the 12 shirts. I was charged $18 for what I consider a subpar job. Additionally, I discovered they are not based in the US; instead, they operate from Pakistan, relying on amateur individuals working from home without an in-house digitizing department.
