Slow to ship out my order I have always been in love with Shopgracie's Instagram feed and I had my eye on so many things and just when I finally decided to order few things while sales were there, it took them approximately two weeks to finally ship out my order. I don't know if anyone experienced this issue but I believe that because it was a very hectic time when I ordered, it was two days before New Years to be exact. But all in all even though the process was way slower than expected, I'm glad I purchased from them. I'll gladly purchase from them again.

Great customer service! I ordered my daughter a hoodie on Black Friday, and they had it ready to ship as promised. It unfortunately got lost in the mail. When I contacted Shop Gracie, they immediately made it right and rushed a replacement along with reducing the cost I had paid. Great customer service! We look forward to ordering from them in the future.

Completely OBSESSED! I'm always skeptical when it comes to ordering clothes online; you never know if it'll fit right, what the quality will be like or if it even resembles the pictures. With Shop Gracie, I was EXTREMELY impressed! I went from purchasing one item in my first order, to now being on my fourth order and nearly fifteen items!
