Many reviews rave about them replacing a lost order, Reduce rates for priority shipping...How about just send it when you say? I ordered my daughter's hoodies before Christmas and still dont have them. They say they will send them priority so we will have them this week. I just wanted them if not for her Christmas gift at least before she went back to school! Great Christmas gift! :( So far not impressed.

Definitely recommend! Shop Gracie is my favorite online store! I love ordering from them any chance I get and I always try to find an excuse for new clothes because all of their products are so cute! Slow to ship out my order I have always been in love with Shopgracie's Instagram feed and I had my eye on so many things and just when I finally decided to order few things while sales were there, it took them approximately two weeks to finally ship out my order. I don't know if anyone experienced this issue but I believe that because it was a very hectic time when I ordered, it was two days before New Years to be exact. But all in all even though the process was way slower than expected, I'm glad I purchased from them. I'll gladly purchase from them again.

Then when I actually checked out their store, I always find something new to buy myself or perfect for friends presents! Whoever manages Shop Gracie's Instagram has a great eye for aesthetics and curation. Not only that, she engages with me and other customers! I've placed two online orders with this company so far. The orders were fulfilled promptly with tracking, and the items arrived in great condition with a nice "Aloha!" note from the company. This site is in my "shopping" bookmark folder so I will definitely be shopping on here again in the near future.
