I emailed 3 days ago that I didn't… I emailed 3 days ago that I didn't receive the strap to my bag . I have not recieved a response back yet. The bag also has an unappealing odor.

I feel so beautiful wearing it on my shoulder! Additionally, the customer service (over email) was outstanding. Great! Great! Fast and quality

Hmmmm Ordering was easy. Although, their time zone is in India and I was woken up at 230am to confirm and clarify my order. Also, at 230am I asked if the gift was going to be here by Christmas. He reassured and said yes. I tracked the item and will not be here until 12/27. I haven’t seen the product yet, but can’t wait to see it.
