My order was lost in the mail and they… My order was lost in the mail and they were happy to replace or refund me. The only thing that I didn't agree with is the fees that were still deducted from my refund but I understand why it was deducted though

Fantastic Service What a fantastic service. I wanted 10 personalised bucket hats for a stag weekend. The delivery advertised wasn't going to work for my timeline, but after e-mailing them and getting a instant reply the service was exceptional and the order has been received early. Great service and brilliant communication. I wish all companies worked like this.

I got in touch with customer services and explained the situation and they sent my order again without any hassle, with great communication. Happy with product and happy with customer service.
