I tried to cancel my order with… I tried to cancel my order with customer service as soon as it was placed and they still shipped my item and charged my card and refused to give me a refund. They told me I would have to pay to ship it back to China. I will never use them again!

I had no issues to where I needed to contact anyone. The purchasewent smoothly, received confirmation of payment, received confirmation of shipping and it did not take long to receive it either.
