Lo and behold, no discount was forthcoming. Chat representative says it was price as marked. What's the point of the subscription offer I asked. We can remove you from the mailing list was all they offered. I wasn't happy so I was offered a telephone conversation with the business owner. Who then proceeded to make excuse after excuse. So basically he wasted my time only to not give the discount anyway. Wouldn't stop making excuses and got angry because I refused to listen to him. Made more excuses about not being able to change the misleading copy on the website immediately then proceeds to change it to remove the word "additional" but still offers 20% off for email subscription for a product that was being sold price as marked. Is selling mailing lists a side business? Shady. Or dumb. Definitely rude.

Can't Do It Any Better When UPS delivery proved problematic, Travaloo stepped in immediately to remedy the situation - the owner of the company called me to resolve the issue. Now that is great customer service!

After 2 failed orders elsewhere found success with Travaloo. I tried to order this suitcase through JC Penney twice, and each time they canceled it. I finally decided to look elsewhere and found it on Travaloo for a reasonable price and guaranteed delivery within days. Very pleased with the suitcase, and very pleased with the service.
