A Gamechanger for startup owners I joined founders card on a whim, quite frankly more so for their travel benefits than anything else. What I discovered once I joined was the incredible amounts of benefits and savings for my business. I can’t recommend it enough.

Founderscard has been an excellent… Founderscard has been an excellent resource since I joined about a year ago. I wondered whether some of the benefits might be duplicated by Amex Platinum or other things I have, but FC Elite has been far more beneficial in so many ways, all over the world. The concierge has also been amazingly quick in responding to my needs.

Marketing on Instagram doesn't make clear that offers are very US-centric. Only when you signup and then agree to a reduced price for the Elite service do you find the offers you were previously shown prior to upgrade, now come with terms like "US only". Even BA, the UK flag carrier, has discounts but only for return flights originating in the US. Not very helpful. Team were quick to reply but they had a pre-prepared list of things "which mean the most to UK Members" which seems they get this complaint a lot. Have requested a cancel and refund.

None of their discounts really amount… None of their discounts really amount to anything. I found better travel deals on American Express Travel with my Platinum card. The site is a scam. They regularly run promotions - and will not honor them even if they're less than 24 hours after an upgrade was done. I feel scammed big time. Stear clear.

Definitely Worth It--Attention to detail is terrific!! I've been a Founders Card Elite member for two weeks. Through the purchase of computers for my company as well as just one round-trip flight, it has paid for itself. Above all, the customer service/concierge service is absolutely exceptional. While I have status on Delta, I ran into an issue and called in to the concierge service; Sheena was exceptionally cordial and addressed the issue in a very efficient fashion. If you are a "founder"/entrepreneur/executive on the go all the time, this seems to be something that will make life a bit easier!
