I love both and now the decision is which one do I use first. They came exactly as they were ad advertised to be. So grateful and appreciative fir the beautiful way it was, packaged, designed and sent via tracking. I was always kept informed with how my parcel was coming along with its tracking system never having to worry as I was keeping it tracked. 💯 100% Satisfied Customer & Highly recommended 10/10

GBI had issues with my purchase the boxes…and purses were smashed as well I had issues with my purchase the boxes were smashed as was the purses and reached out and Jennifer .. work hard to get me taken care of .. holistic bags are beautiful! And they stand behind their products and fix the issues ! Thanks again Jen I truly appreciate you doing all that you did! Would recommend this company to anyone! The problem was in Jan and got it fixed with my order arriving yesterday

GBHonest Review The bags are beautiful and have gotten compliments on it and asked where I got it from. However, in reality the bags are over-priced in my opinion. The buy one get one free is really equivalent of buying two bags. I wished I had gone with the larger bag for myself, but since I personalized I can't gift it like I did with the "free" bag for my sister that was also personalized. It still works for the medium size but the largest bag would had worked better for me. I didn't give 5 stars because the arrival time that was given was way longer then expected date. Customer service was great. Very responsive and did their best with updates. Overall pleased with the quality of bag so far.
