GBcustomer service… The customer service does take some time to get a response but when they do they get on top of it. The bag is absolutely perfectly. Just waiting on all the other bags purchased at the same time. I ordered 13 items and only got 1 so far. Hoping the rest comes soon. Because I have actually placed multiple orders.

AUHighly recommended The quality of the bag was absolutely excellent and my mum loved it. It is now "her official work bag". The staff were also helpful when I contacted them. Highly recommend for the hospital staff in your life.

GBIt was a slight long process to… It was a slight long process to actually receive the bag but I understand it takes time to make it and apply the name and things. The bag is gorgeous! GBI was disappointed when I received the… I was disappointed when I received the bag. I like my bags to have zippers and this bag does not have one. It will most likely just sit in my closet and not be used. It was a waste of money. I should have paid more attention I guess.
