customer service… The customer service does take some time to get a response but when they do they get on top of it. The bag is absolutely perfectly. Just waiting on all the other bags purchased at the same time. I ordered 13 items and only got 1 so far. Hoping the rest comes soon. Because I have actually placed multiple orders.
