Best Customer Service The bag I received was in excellent condition, almost brand new. Packaging was appropriate and bag was shipped on time. Customer service was very friendly and personalized. Would recommend it to anyone a million times over. Not only are the bags newer and from more recent collections (and, in my opinion, more on trend), being a smaller company makes all the difference in the dealings with clients. LOVED IT!
