If it's out of stock, please say so before you take my money. I wish that your website reflected all the products that were unavailable for purchase. I discovered your store from buying your items through Amazon actually. I am very pleased with your products. It's why I decided to skip the middle man so to speak. Maybe you should take a page from their book though. Don't take the customer's payment until you actually check that you have the item in stock. It is a real hassle. Especially if it's an emergency and you need the hair ASAP. The customer then has to spend more money buying something else, most likely from somewhere else and spend extra money that they didn't plan on spending. Which was the case for me and the situation that you put me in. Don't get me wrong, I did receive my refund. However it's disappointing to see my bank account being used for extra purchases I didn't plan on making at that exact moment. It doesn't make a customer feel safe, satisfied or even have faith in making future purchases with you.

A good buy I paid for expedited shipping and it came as quickly as expected. The hair quality was good based on the stylists opinion. It was easy for her to pre-section the hair for braiding and she stated that it did not hurt her fingers to braid and some hair does. The color is very nice. I wanted something that wasn’t just black but was not too distracting due to work.
