I must admit that I was I must admit that I was, at first, a bit cautious about purchasing directly from Coomi as this is my first experience with them and knew nothing about them. However, the item I purchased was reasonably priced and of good quality. I even had a local jeweler examine the earrings I purchases and they though it was good quality work at a reasonable price. I also spoke with owner of Coomi and decided to give it a try. I do recommend Coomi create a better web site that includes the location and phone number of their "brick and mortar" store in New Jersey. I do not like purchasing items over the Internet with vendors I am not already familiar with.

The attention to detail and function is impeccable. Every time I go out and put on my pieces I always get compliments and get asked who the designer is. The customer service is very fast to reply and on their game. I would highly recommend this designer. If your looking for an heirloom piece or just a fun every day go to Coomi is where it’s at.

Unique yet classic Coomi is by far my favorite jewelry designer. I bought my first piece over ten years ago and try to treat myself each year to a new pair of earrings. Each of their items are one of a kind. I seem to always have someone ask where I found my rings or earrings. Their necklaces are so beautiful also.

STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME… STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME WITH MY SELECTION. ASKED TO SEE A PICTURE OF A RING ON A WOMAN'S HAND TO JUDGE THE SIZE, AND EVEN DURING THEIR BUSY BLACK FRIDAY EVENT, THE STAFF SENT ME SEVERAL PICTURES OF THE RING. VERY HELPFUL AND VERY BEAUTIFUL.
