I have had realitively good communication through What's app but still no shipping or tracking info even though your company said that they shipped my package. Good seller, solved my issue I had an issue with a the kan I fendi bag, it had leather straps instead of chain so the design was off. I emailed the seller and they reached out to me and we were able to reach middle ground. The seller sent me the chain and I appreciate the care and commitment to solve the issue.
