Unsure At yhis point, im concerned about when i will receive my LV bag. I have had realitively good communication through What's app but still no shipping or tracking info even though your company said that they shipped my package. Denied promised refund I received the bag, but it looked fake and smelled bad. The website says free 30-day returns, however, after emailing for a refund for three weeks, and them saying they would send me a label, they finally said they would not refund me because of the shipping costs. That's not what the site claims and not what they promised me earlier.
