I have completed deleted it as the problem was not a new material, but more or less a minor issue with the volume Buttons. Zac, a customer representative emailed me about my review. Long story short, the case was a little defective. He offered his apologies and a immediate upgrade to the sport case. We are all humans at the end of the day, and we make mistakes. But we are measured on how we improve on those and this company has succeeded on my expectations on making it right.
