I absolutely love my thrifty zipper… I absolutely love my thrifty zipper wallet. Have tried many envelope systems and this is by far the best for my needs. Zippers work great. Just right size for bills and change. Wallet holds a lot. I even have my extra car key and house key in last zipper pocket. Will definitely buy again in future. Very reasonable and quick delivery.

Made all my friends jealous!! A few of my girlfriends also use the envelope system and are extremely jealous of my Thrifty Zipper wallet! I even have people compliment me on it and when they start asking questions I explain what the envelope system is and they like the idea so much they want one too! I let them know where to buy one so they too can be Thrifty Zippers :D

Manly envelope system I am very happy with the new wallet. It is a fun and easy way to implement a cash envelope system without the need to purchase a large portfolio wallet. There is room for improvement in the design. The labeling is done via a sticker. A clear label pocket, or some other integrated method may work better. The rear card holders are full depth, and the debit cards sink to the bottom. These could be made shallower. The overall design seems to be thin and durable and fits easily into my back pocket. Despite the improvements that can be made to the design, I highly recommend the product and Thriftyzippers

Great Idea, but product not sufficient. While I've been on the envelope budgeting system for some time, it has become rather inconvenient to carry around a complete FPU pocketbook. Even with out the checkbook in there, its pretty darn large to be carrying in a coat pocket, and very inconvenient during the warmer months. This product, I had hoped, would be the perfect compromise. And, I applaud the idea. But, the finished product leaves much to be desired. For the $30 charged, I expected considerably better stitching quality & consistency. I also thought the dimensions were a bit off, with another quarter inch in height making it easier to actually SEE the labels, instead of digging through my cash to see them. I would also have preferred a couple more card/id slots instead of the sparse 4. Finally, when I'm carrying around my two weeks worth of cash, even with most of the bills in 100 denomination, this wallet does NOT want to fold flat.

Super cute - bad closure tho So, I love the little envelopes, the zippers, the cloth, the pattern regardless of the simplicity. As a Dave Ramsey follower, it works great. Even better than my poly coupon file. I would like to see more room on the edges for "personal" cash or receipts and a zip closure for change as well as slots for discount cards, atm, id...
