I even was able to view my bag before it was made to make sure everything was right customer service was exceptional.

Overall I love my teacher bag Overall I love my teacher bag . I just would suggest the straps be more wider and thicker. These look kind of thin and cheap .

Love the bag Love the bag, love my name on it. It is big and will hold all of my stuff. Biggest down side is that because it is large I will have to make an effort to not let things collect in it. I also liked the frequent communication as to the status on receiving my bag. Sometimes when ordering from new sites, I worry that is a scam and I will never receive the merchandise. Because of all of the communication, I didn't worry about the bag comming.
