Logo Good morning! I was so happy to receive my very first email after my order which was personalized to where I live. Small town, Northwoods. Yes, I will wear them proudly! I received the first of two yesterday. It was safely wrapped, then I saw the box which perfectly fit the bag. Tissue paper with logo is a beautiful way to represent what is nest. I can tell this is high end because a soft storage bag is included. Each handle was also carefully wrapped. The inside is elegantly lined with the pockets further lined with felt to care for a compact, business card holder, etc. My logo of choice was ALL BEHAVIOR is a form of COMMUNICATION. Excellent message. As an EBD teacher I firmly believe this. I hope I will send this message to others as I use the bag. My ONLY constructive critique is some of the icons on the white side of the message. If students with behavior problems see building blocks with the word "baby" on it, I will lose them, possibly parents. I teach older students online, so I can be discrete. In your ads, I did see handprints (individually) and puzzle pieces (problem solve, also autism). I would also include a short message stating this is one of two bags or second bag on its way.

Delivery was too long. Great customer service though. I would give this bag 5 stars because of the good quality and the great customer service. However, I ordered this bag three weeks before Christmas for a special Christmas gift and unfortunately I received it after to Christmas. Nevertheless, I love the bag and my daughter’s teacher loved it too.

Poor Quality Merchandise My teachabag itself is absolutely beautiful. However, upon receiving my bag it was bent all across the bottom where my name is and I can’t get the crease out so that it stands upright. Also the zipper inside the yellow lining gets stuck every time I try to zip it. This in my opinion is not the quality merchandise that I was expecting for the amount of money that I paid for quality merchandise.

Love the bag Love the bag, love my name on it. It is big and will hold all of my stuff. Biggest down side is that because it is large I will have to make an effort to not let things collect in it. I also liked the frequent communication as to the status on receiving my bag. Sometimes when ordering from new sites, I worry that is a scam and I will never receive the merchandise. Because of all of the communication, I didn't worry about the bag comming.

Beautiful bag great customer service The customer service from this company is exceptional. I received emails every step of the process, letting me know where my product was in the creation process. I even was able to view my bag before it was made to make sure everything was right customer service was exceptional.
