It's been 3 weeks since I ordered It's been 3 weeks since I ordered, checked status of the order online,,, UNFULFILLED !!!! Finally got them on the phone after several days of trying and was told they moved into a different wharehouse. No apology or credit for shipping just an excuse why it took so long. Still have not received them. Last oeder there.

Missing pair of sunglasses I ordered two Maxx sunglasses on Sept 1. A box arrived on Sept 12 with one pair of sunglasses and a packing slip which seemed to indicate that both sunglasses were inside. I reported the incident to Maxx on their website. The fulfillment status of my order in my account is "unfulfilled." There has been no communication from Maxx sunglasses. I don't know if the missing pair is on back-order or what. I expect more information from Maxx.

Shady Shipping Practices!! Ordered some sunglasses at 8:30am paid for ground shipping only for them to use their free shipping label. Called them and they said they would fix it. Both labels now track. But neither say UPS Ground or UPS Mail Innovations has the package despite the fact that I ordered early enough for the ordered to be fulfilled and it to be picked up by UPS per their shipping policy at 3:30pm. I guess they got back at me for calling about their shipping label mistake that they held my package up!!!

A friend of mine had your sunglasses… A friend of mine had your sunglasses for golf a couple of weeks ago - and I tried them while we were all in Palm Springs - so went ahead an ordered. Just picked up today and it raining cats and dogs but the fit is very comfortable I will let you know how much my golf game improves once the sun comes out. Your service, delivery and price are all excellent. Thanks for making such a great product.My husband now wanting a pair.

Get lenses for sure but the glasses slip or fall off easily Maxx Sunglasses has been great as far as customer service, pricing, product quality an selection as well as delivery ! NO complaints My ONLY minor complaint is that the 2 pair of Cobra 2.0 glasses I just purchased are very loose fitting and constantly slip down or literally fall off if I bend over. These glassed could use non-slip pads around the nose bridge area and also on the inside of the piece that sits above your ears. I'm debating as to weather or not I want to return my last purchase as I like the lens (smoke blue) . I haven't had these issues with any of a few previous glasses that I've purchased.
