Best hair company i have experienced! I am so glad i found this company! They reply fast and their communation is so effective! If there is a issue they immediately try their best to solve it and give you an alternative. On top of that their hair is so soft and looks natural. I dont have do to much to make it look natural. And the shipping was also really fast. All in all i have no complaints.

Wigs goes BALD within a couple of weeks I know an influencer they sent a curly wig to and paid her to review the wig. The quality of the wig was really nice thick and full. She gave me the wig after she did the review. As the wig got old and it was time for a new wig I went online and ordered the same curly wig for $250 within a couple of weeks the wig had bald spots. I contacted Beauty Forever and told them how horrible the wig was. I ordered a second wig thinking I had just received a bad wig, nope same thing happened to the second wig. I will never shop with them again I wasted $500. So what I realize is they send these influencers good quality wigs so they can give a grand review to lure in customers then send their customers that purchase the wigs low quality wigs. I told them when I contacted them the first time that if the second wig is bad I'm going to write a review. They didn't care apparently and still sent me a poor quality wig.

BDAY HAIR DISASTER BUT BF CAME THROUGH I ordered my bday hair through beauty forever and unfortunately someone stole my package so I couldn’t wear my hair for my bday. I have an issue with package thieves in my area and wasn’t home at the time my package was delivered so unfortunately it was sitting out for the taking. I got in contact with customer service and they took a little bit to respond- once they did I had to file a claim and still wait for a response. They offered me only 50% refund or to reship the hair free of charge. I didn’t appreciate the 50% refund because once again, it’s my bday hair. Didn’t get to wear it on my bday…. I took the reship offer and asked for express- at first the tried to ask me to pay for it but eventually they agreed to cover that and ship a replacement. I made sure I was home for that package! Overall hair quality so far looks awesome so I’m kinda sad that I had to do an emergency style for my bday. 4/5 stars I’ll order from them again & recommend.

Beauty forever is the worst Beauty forever is the worst. I just made a purchase two days ago. I got a confirmation that it was successfully processed then two minutes afterwards I another text message to say my order was cancelled. However they still took my money.messaged them on WhatsApp to say is my order cancelled or not they cannot answer me keep saying go to the website or send a email I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!! This is a scam and the worst service I do not play about my money. There is obsolutelyno one to talk to. I sent several emails with NO response.
