Half ass job It says 3 stars, but its really 2.5 stars for a half ass job, the laces came fine, but there was one problem, I ordered white laces with gold aglets, well one lace came with both aglets, the other came with one aglet, i emailed them, and fair enough they emailed back pretty quickly, but they said it would come and it never did, so🤷🏾‍♂️

Amazing Customer Service Customer service was great regarding product help. I was struggling on finding the right laces for a birthday gift and the support I received via email was amazing. After purchasing, the product I received was of high quality, just as advertised. Cannot fault the entire process from advice to purchase to delivery.

Loved the laces…look great!!! Loved the laces…look great!!!! I Did not expect, nor appreciate waiting 2 months to have these delivered. Nor did I appreciate receiving no notification as to expected date of delivery. When I contacted the company about when the laces will be delivered they did respond right away and said they were back ordered. I appreciated the immediate response but would have expected that the company would have notified me of this prior to me having to contact them. I will most likely not do business with this company again.
