Horrible customer service Their website navigation is horrible and i accidentally ordered the wrong size. Their solution was to give a $4 credit. They did not offer an exchange even though the tags were still on and it was obviously never worn. I will never order anything from them again and I urge anyone else considering buying this bra, don't do it. **replying to your response: The package was open (how would i know what was in there otherwise?) the tags were still ON. They were not removed as you stated. The website could be improved by confirming the order before checkout. $42 down the drain and no I will never order anything from your company again with this type of customer service.

I had high hopes for the bra I ordered… I had high hopes for the bra I ordered but the cups were too small and the band was too large plus the material wasn’t as good as I hoped. I did contact customer service and sent the bra back as instructed, but so far, the matter hasn’t been resolved. There is a chat with customer service where they took my information, asked for photos (sent), asked for me to ship the item back (done), asked for a tracking number (done) and then I heard nothing. I let them know the package was delivered and asked for an update. I have heard nothing since then.
