GBI ordered the perfect red leather purse…but.... Updating: Luxy Moon just contacted me and apologized. They said they thought my issue was resolved and agreed to replace my order. Now I will be getting the perfect black leather purse as the red was out of stock. We all need a great black purse, right? I will update again when it gets here. I ordered the perfect red leather purse on their site and was so excited to found one I like so much. then I waited, and yeah! FedEx emailed and texted that it was delivered. As soon as I got home, I asked my daughter where my package was. She's home all day with my grandson and granddaughter and our dog lets us know when ANYONE gets near our house...no package. Nothing was delivered. No, it's not at the neighbors. Yes, they have the correct address. FedEx gets a big fat 1 start also as they have been worse to work with than Luxy Moon. So neither one will replace the purse or refund me my month. Luxy didn't even offer a discount for a replacement, I'm screwed out of $90. Yep, not ordering from again.
