DEIt's the LOVE for me!! Honestly, It's the love! Not only did they keep up with the status of my shipment, they also made sure I was notified of each step. The customer service is so personal. They made me feel like I was their only client. When I received my wig. They followed up with me and guys this may not mean much to some but they literally said. GBMy new go to wig company Salon Ready Wig is going to be my go to for glueless wigs from now on! Customer Service was amazing. I received confirmation when my order left the country, when it arrived and when I should expect it. Carrier was nice as well and handled my package with care. There was no weird smell on both of my wigs, no shedding and they were super soft. I have not styled yet, but the wigs I order were brown roots and the rest platinum blonde and there is no need to tone the blonde because it is bright and not yellow. I am so glad I found this wig company!
