good products my dog loves the mutton and chicken sticks from the barkery

Pawsindia fraud??? They sent the product without the receipt, so it feet it was some fraud company. The product is useless and I could not establish contact with them. It was much later that the ad came up again on insta and I could connect. Now They say it's too late for them to return the product. So my money has gone waste. Shows how little emphasis this company places on customer satisfaction and even ethics. Why did they not send me the invoice with product or through email????

This is absolutely a fraud company This is absolutely a fraud company. I ordered two dog collar yesterday almost for ₹600 but received no details of payment , order id, nothing. No sms ,no emails. I dont even know when is the delivery date. Their customer service number given on the website is total fake. The whatsapp messages dont go through the calls dont connect. This company should be banned cheating people in the name of voiceless animals. How horrible people, I cant even imagine. Now I dont know what to do sitting and looking at my payment receipt from PhonePe.
