GBProducts are wonderful, some areas for improvement Products are wonderful, love that the fabric is the same and we can add new colors or style seasonally. I do think your return rules are not consistent with what we are used to with other manufacturers or retailers. You advertise sales often. But we get surprised that we can’t return. After trial and error I know my size. I fear you have some mad customers. Your sizing isn’t always consistent. I have 5 items all size 3. I’m a 6/8 in every other line. In yours large. I’d also add a “sort by size” to your App. We can shop much easier! Keep improving we will keep buying!

GBExcellent experience & easy to checkout… Excellent experience & easy to checkout fast shipping and a+ communication . My only “complaint “ if it is one- is that I dont personally believe that its an equitable offering to give an extra discount for those who use the app For purchases… My mum is in her 80s and would not know how to operate an app & im sure there are others..(download etc) - it shld be the same across the board. App or not.

GBLyndie Benson’s BLEUSALT Gets It Lyndie Benson’s BLEUSALT gets it all right. Fantastic California beach vibe, style, comfort, selection, sustainability, environmentally sound, customer friendly, great website and live presentations and sales. I honestly cannot say enough good things. As I’ve said before, bye bye cashmere, hello BLEUSALT.

GBOrdering these incredibly soft clothing… Ordering these incredibly soft clothing pieces has been extremely easy. Sizes are totally accurate and I love each piece I have in my wardrobe. They are my special pieces I go to when I want comfort and style! I only wish they offered free shipping like my other favorite lines.

GBI do like their products but they are… I do like their products but they are quite pricey for what one gets. The company claims to be size inclusive but whenever people request consideration for people who are not 5’7” the company either ignores the request or tells us to spend more money by getting things hemmed.
