Incredible Service Incredible Service! The Grad Cap Remix team really does everything to make your experience with them a good one. I got it quickly and it worked great!! I have thick curly hair and a normal cap would not fit on my head. My grad pictures came out beautiful and I had friends ask me where I got the product because they liked how it make the cap look. Some ended up using my cap even with straight hair and it worked out great. Thank you so much I cannot recommend this more!!

Bought this with 2-3 business days… Bought this with 2-3 business days shipping. Ordered on a Thursday. Said it showed up the following Wednesday (almost a week later) and still never received it. Will not be doing business with you again!

Horrible and Expensive Product The product was horrible and expensive! The material was very hard to snap together and very hard to take apart, especially when you have to redo them because no instructions were given out on how to wear them correctly. The cap did not fit right at all and was extremely big! In order for it to fit perfectly on my head, I had to tilt it back. When doing so, there was this huge gap between my head and the bottom half of the cap. The cap was also very insecure! It kept moving around and bobby pins could not hold it down in place! I literally had to hold onto my "grad cap remix" while walking down the stage. Truly a very sad experience for something that was supposed to be a happy and exciting experience. I would not recommend this product to anyone!
