However, I did receive my coach bag and customer service was good. They responded very promptly to my email and the status of the shipping from USA to Singapore was updated by FedEx in real time.

DEI ordered a watch to Berlin I ordered a watch to be send to Berlin, Germany. The company was very helpful did everything required to make the process smooth. (only the German customs was a bit difficult). The actual watch is exactly what I ordered and I could have not found it in Germany.
