I ordered a bag off the purse section… I ordered a bag off the purse section and the purse was glass. That wasn’t stated in the description and i spent $100 in something dollars and can’t even return it. Also the “bag” didn’t come on expected date. This just ruined my bday. Never will i ever order from here again.

Top Tier Both bags are beautiful and are exactly as displayed online. The customer service was 3.5 out of 5 due to a delivery issue but I will say it was taken care of & handled properly in the end. No further action was taken and I will probably be spending money with you all again in the future!
