I've tried calling, emailing, texting, live chat, everything I could do to get in contact with someone. From the time of purchase, I've emailed/called/text hundreds of times and only yesterday they responded asking me to confirm that I actually ordered the pair of shoes so that my order could be processed correctly. I responded immediately confirming my order and still no response back. This place is HORRENDOUS!!! I just want my order already. It's been almost a month with no communication. These were a gift for a friend's wedding and now the wedding has come and gone with NO SHOES, I'm becoming very upset and am going to report this company if I have not received my order by next week.
