Customer service is so so bad Customer service is so so bad, they do not really help you, It does not seem like they try to help you / or want to help you. If you ask them a question, then they respond in a very confusing way. They don't fully give you an answer you can actually use. I have waited SO long for my dilevery and still it hasn't arrived. Gojane's customer service doesn't help me find out with Post Office my package is being held at, nor give me any information where I can check it...

GoJane has excellent quality clothing … GoJane has excellent quality clothing in my he latest. I’ve been getting my birthday dress and staff party clothing from this site for 2 years now. It just sucks that you can’t edit an order after you’ve made it. So just be careful and be 100% sure when making an order.

Item descriptions are inaccurate and… Item descriptions are inaccurate and when you try to request to return, they will not refund shipping charges and pay for return shipping charges when I wouldn't have bought the items if the description were correct. I purchases two pairs of heels described at 3.25inches heel height. Items received and measured at 4inches. I would have not purchased these because I can't wear 4 inches as that height is not comfortable for me to wear all day in an office environment. GoJane customer services did nothing to help. I feel lied to. Will not purchase from here again.
