AUScam company won’t refund me after they told me to return the bag This is a scam company. I spent $117 on a backpack and when it arrived, it was wrapped in packaging with Chinese writing all over it, it had clearly just come directly to me from a Chinese factory. I returned the bag (after the seller agreeing to it via email), but once I paid for shipping to send it back, they never refunded my money back, and they stopped responding to my emails. You can get an equivalent bag from AliExpress for $10. The quality is terrible and stitching is asymmetrical. Don’t waste your money with this scammer like I did.

CATerrible customer service I ordered a bag against my better judgement and it got stuck at the border “apparently”. Zero way to contact the shipper (no contact info on shippers website, not contact info for shipper in Ecosusi’s we site), zero response from the company to my emails. The phone number on Ecosusi’s website goes nowhere. I then went back and looked at their insta posts and there are lots of complaints about poor customer service and no responses from the company. These bags are cute, but this company doesn’t give a F about its customers. Don’t bother. Its been two months, still nothing. I’ve contacted my bank and put a complaint in.

GBWhere is my order? Ordered a bag as a present over a month ago and have received no update as to whether it has even been shipped. Customer service replies are slow and vague. At this point, would simply like to cancel the order as many reviews say the bags are poor quality anyways which should not be the case considering the price.

GBScammers and thieves It only gets a 1 star cause that is the lowest I can give. If you are looking for bag that's eco-friendly, look somewhere else. Looking for good customer service when your stuff gets returned to China, again look somewhere else. These people scammed me of my money and they took the two bags I ordered from me. I ordered on Amazon the same bags and they arrived broken. Like seriously I ordered 4 bags and only 1 was in good condition. Customer service wouldn't refund me my order and told me they could have it sent and delivered today. That was 3 days ago. Save yourself the trouble find a cuter bag somewhere else.

GBHorrible quality Horrible quality. Had the bag under a year and strap has broken. I paid alot of money for it. Lesson learnt. Think twice before buying.
