GB$130 shorts didn't fit - 12 email attempts later, Chrome has never responded once!! I purchased a pair of shorts from Chrome and they were way too snug. Their website said I couldn't return them through their website and would have to contact their customer service team - but they don't allow you to call anyone and no one answers their corporate phone number. The pre-recorded messages says "to be fair to everyone" you have to email them. I emailed them more than 12 times over a period of months - and never received a single response. So II'm stuck with a pair $130 shorts that don't fit. I've never experienced anything like this from another company - especially for premium priced products such as theirs. to date I've owned alot of Chrome clothing - but I'll never buy from them again since they won't help a customer out. This is the worst customer service experience I've had with a company. It's downright fraudulent. So buyer beware.

DKI had a problem with a bag that I… I had a problem with a bag that I purchased in the Manhattan shop, Mulberry St. Wrote Chrome and they quickly came back with relevant questions... a few back and forth mails later, they gave me a very fair deal by giving me a pretty generous voucher. This has been one of the best customerservices I have ever experienced AND on top of that their bags are awesome in both design and daily use.

DKWating response on this inquery: Wating response on this inquery: _____________________________ Dear Chrome, I have recently bought a Bravo 3.0 backpack. Product pictures clearly shows a quick-access laptop zipper on the side. This feature is essential, especially for roll-top bags and would be a big selling point for many including me. Needless to say, the bag I received does not have this quick-access for the laptop. This is so bizarre and unacceptable that it is kind of funny... You have a real photo of a real product that is advertising and showing features that does not exist in the products that you sell to your customers !? Whats going on here Chrome?

GBThe state of the bag after 1 year Purchased for approximately £70 on sale. Very poor customer care service, after telling them I haven’t got the receipt they kept sending me automated emails.

SEBuilt to last forever Hi there, so I have 2 chrome bags. Why I bought a second one? Because I got so bored that the first one just did not wear out! The super cool metal buckle has turned more than one head when I click it closed. They just last forever and age gracefully. Water proof, shock proof. They are all terrain. Been in the crowded subway of shanghai, or the snow of Sweden and they just go on and on. Totally worth the price
