Charges card , never ships anything. March 16th 2021: Place order. Charged card. March 29th: 3 emails later, no response. Nice stuff and daughter would have loved the clothing, but no one there answers. April 12th. No one answers emails. No one picks up the phone. Someone finally responded on the chat by saying that COVID was the problem and I should check my spam folder. What that has to do with charging my card and not shipping anything is beyond me. 4/16 Update: Reputable companies DO NOT charge your card unless the item ships. Otaku Regime charges card and then doesn't ship anything. They blame this action on Covid. Thankfully they are now out of business.

I ordered an item about 3 months ago… I ordered an item about 3 months ago and nothing has been shipped. Theres been no change to tracking for the last few months and ive been charged. I’ve emailed them multiple times and use different methods to get their attention. However, nothing working. Im just trying get refund since nothing came and this was originally a gift. I get there’s covid and everything delayed but im charged already for an item i have not received.
