Non-existent customer service was looking for a pair of shades, and noticed this site was cheaper than all the rest, which was my first flag. Never do business with a website that doesn't give out their business address. And their phone number is a MagicJack # that nobody picks up. I used my best knowledge to stay away from here.

Do NOT use this company Took my money, never delivered my glasses, and they NEVER answer the phone, try them, the number is 631-320-7386. Or you can send them emails that they will never answer. Four calls, four messages and three emails. It's been close to a month. They are crooks!

Amaising discount on shades! I purchased a pair of Gucci for my wife. They came in original case with papers (she had one pair that we bought for double the price). The shipping was ok. We recieved them in 4 days. The price is verry good for a pair of shades.

* never again ZBESTGLASSES SOULD BE CALLED ZWORSTGLASSES. I placed an order with ZBESTGLASSES.COM and received the wrong item. I've contacted them twice asking them for authorization to send back the wrong item and receive what I ordered. I paid extra for 3 day UPS, but it took 10 days for me to receive the WRONG glasses. I have filed a grievance with my credit card regarding this purchase. I am a professional buyer, and by far, this is the ZWORST company I have ever dealt with. I had to give them "1" on the rating, whereas I would given them a minus 10.

BE SMART - STAY AWAY. 3 day shipping is more like a 2 week guessing game, and good luck trying to find a phone number for when you need to contact them regarding a problem. This is a faceless, shady operation that probably shouldn't ever be in possession of your credit card number. I can't believe that any positive reivew you see on the web is anything other than a zbest employee trying to offset the average. Pay the extra money to work with a legit dealer.
